About Shurece

Being a Texas native, you can say Shurece's knows the Central Texas area quite well. Shurece began her life's journey right here in Fort Hood, Texas and what an exciting journey it has been. Central Texas has grown quite a bit and Shurece has firsthand knowledge, growing up in Copperas Cove and surrounding areas. As the niece of well-respected contactors in the local areas, Shurece became interested in new construction and seeing how the building process is completed. Shurece has learned a lot about new construction as well as existing construction and was able to incorporate that into her career. Shurece received her realtors license from Central Texas College while working on her Business Administration Degree. Shurece spent two of those semesters interning with Coldwell Banker and had the opportunity to come join Coldwell Banker straight after College. Shurece has since became a Military Relocation Specialist and helped several families make the transition to the Central Texas area. Shurece take's pride in not only assisting her clients in the purchase of their dream homes, but also helping them sell their homes as well. Shurece looks forward to not just being Your Realtor for Life, but a Friend for Life!!
